This job notification has been published against two posts as Junior Field Officer and Probationary Officer. We will now discuss these two positions in detail.
- Junior Field Officer
Total Number of Vacancies: 100.
Qualification: Graduation Passed. Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 in all exams. Must be proficient in riding a bike/motorcycle.
Age Limit: At least 30 years.
Salary: 21800 Taka. Apart from salary, there are provident funds, annual increments, festival allowance, employee welfare funds, and gratuity benefits. - Probationary Officer
Total Vacants: 200.
Qualification: HSC or Equivalent passed. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 in all exams. Must be proficient in riding a bike/motorcycle. The application will be considered rejected if anyone with more education than an HSC pass applies.
Candidate’s age: Maximum 35 years.
Salary & Benefits: Taka 10,000 for the first 6 months of the two-year contractual appointment. Taka 15,000 for the next one and a half years. Taka 21,800 will be paid under a permanent salary structure for the post of ‘Junior Field Officer’ of the organization if the job performance is satisfactory. Apart from salary, there are provident funds, annual increments, festival allowance, employee welfare funds, and gratuity benefits.
