Educational Qualification of Army Job
National Medium: Secondary & Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent Examination passed with GPA 5 in one and GPA-4.50 in the other.
English Medium: At the ‘O’ level, out of six subjects, three have to pass with an ‘A’ grade, three with ‘B’ grade, and two with ‘A’ level with minimum ‘B’ grade.
Noted, in 2022 HSC or A-level candidates can apply. Must have a GPA of 5 in SSC. ‘O’ level in SSC, three out of six subjects have ‘A’ grade, three have ‘B’ grade or equivalent result.
Physical Qualification of BD Army Job 2022
For Male Candidates:
- Height: 1.63 Mitre (5 feet 4 inches)
- Weight: 54 Kilogram (120 Pound)
- Chest: General: 0.76 Mitre (30 inch); Expand: 0.81 Mitre (32 inch)
For Female Candidates:
- Height: 1.57 Mitre (5 feet 2 inches)
- Weight: 47 Kilogram (104 Pound)
- Chest: General: 0.71 Mitre (28 inch); Expand: 0.76 Mitre (30 inch)
Noted: According to age and height will be considered ineligible when the excess weight is on the scale prescribed of the Army.
Age Limit:
18-21 years on January 1, 2023 (affidavit not accepted). 18-23 years for candidates working in the Armed Forces.

Selection Procedure for Army Job Circular 2022
There are two steps for the selection process of the Bangladesh Army Sainik position.
- Primary Health & Oral Examination.
- Written Examination.
Primary Health & Oral Examination
Primary selection (Health & Oral) will be held from 16 May 2022 to 26 May 2022 in different Cantonments of Bangladesh. If the candidates are unable to appear in the examination must inform the authority before the primary examination. However, you will be able to attend the test any day within the specified time. They will be informed about the change in the date of the test before the respective test centers.
Written Examination
Those who are passed in primary health & oral examination, there must attend the written examination. The written examination will be held on depends on Bangla, English, General Math, and General Knowledge. The written test will be held on 21st June 2022 and the result will be published on weekend on June 2022 official website of the Bangladesh Army.
